with the USA import laws it would be hard to bring in a whole vehicle.....it would be far cheaper to simply convert yours over to RHD

I can't remember what the cut is called in the wrecking world..... basicly you get the firewall to the back of the front seats.

You would also need the steering rack, brake lines, clutch lines and anything else that is different between the RHD and LHD Lanos... and you would need to look at some RHD lanos pics in detail to make sure that there is nothing that needs to be moved.

I'm pretty sure there are companies out there that will convert your car to a RHD..... but to me.... it's not worth it unless your planning on a "show car"

Driving a RHD in america is a pain..... it's hard to pass people on the highway because you can't see past the vehicle on the left side ( unless you have a passenger or a mirror set up )

look for a shop that deals with NISSAN SKYLINES people always bring those over. you may need to talk to someone on the west coast being as asia is closer. i wouldn't do the conversion, i've seen civic hb's come out of the mess and never be staight again.

I don't see why anyone would want to convert a skyline to a LHD setup. most people that get the skylines want the RHD. I have heard of a lot of people converting there LHD 240's over to a RHD setup because all you need is the front clip and the parts.

we're just talking about importing in general, no mods to skylines.

this guy is just looking for a shop to bring his car into the states and any shop that deals with the skylines would know where to start
