what can I do? I ordered a cylinder head from a bad seller

the pulley failed in my lanos, so all valve are bent.
Then I try to find a used cylinder head. And a used parts shop told me that they have a used head.
They told me it is ready to be shipped and promise it is a good head.
Then I gave them my credit card number last wednesday.
But till now, they still did not ship the cylinder head and told me they need to pull it off from the engine.
and every time ,they told me they would ship it in the afternoon.
I already wait for a week and I am angry. I am without any patience.

what can I do ???

1:report it to the BBB: Better Business Bureau

2: storm ove there and kick some ass

3: steal the damn head

4: report it to your bank to not let them take it out, or tell them tosuspend ur account for a while/
and check if they have taken it out and report it to the bank as fraud or something. (if taken it out skip to step 6, and then go to step 5.)

5:go back over there after the trip to the bank and open another can of whoop ass, and then repeat the steps untill some thing is done about it.

6: then cry about it after they had taken it out, and still a bad head or a no show.
