how do i releive the pressure in the ac lines thank you for the comments
2.0 engine swap in the works
you can take empty 134a refridgerant cans that you can buy at the store and get an adapter kit and plug it on to the low side of the compressor side and relieve the pressure that way, and also so you can replace that when you get whatever you need done. then make sure you relieve the high side which is the red ac cap also, but be careful, it may be under a lot of pressure
and for getting refrigerant outof thelines you may need a vacumed hose connector that will help put the refreg. in the containers, they have a one way valve installed on the vacume hose connector.
need to know anything else, oh and the low side is on the side that goes into the firewall and is closest to the engine, well thats if u have the lanos,i am not sure about the others, but it should have a black or green cap, and the high, should be red or orange cap,i think
