Am I being really thick?!?

Post by j62k »

Hi all

I want to post a question on this forum and have read the stickies, I am not sure what is meant by feedback...does this mean that when posting a question, the message must contain the information requested in the sticky? Yes, I'm sure I'm being thick but I appreciate the help from you guys and girls and don't want to break the rules.

I have spent alot of time browsing the forums - soo much good information here! - I have found that sometimes its not clear what model woo the information or message relates to. Personally, I think it would be a cool idea if the forum had sections for each model ie nexia, lanos etc etc, each section would then be divided into the sub categories already used ie Engine/Intake/Exhaust, Electronics/Interior/Audio etc. I don't know what other members think and I guess its alot of work for moderators who give their time freely!

Thanks

feedback needed is when someone comes to the forum and post that he got engine truble... hard to sart, bad idle or loss of power... we can't help such guy without having appropriate feedback on his engine and what service he was doing and how old his issential engine parts are.

thats why we made a sticky to let people know what data we should have in order to provide accurate remedy or else we can go in an endless circle of speculations in the attempt to hunt down the reason why he is having such problem.

in a much shorter version: the feedback needed is only required when you are having engine trouble.

well... that will only lead to post duplication for each daewoo model and will cause confusion.

all daewoos has engines, suspension, brakes, trannys,etc... and those devices work according to the same main concept so their is no point to duplicate the same articles for each daewoo model.

OK some daewoos got unique parts or so but i am sure that is well covered as far as the How to section is concerned as well as the stickies.
