Black headlights from 360 Dynamics (pics!!)

Post by TheGreatAndPowerfulOz »

The new headlights arrived.
Thanks Tom!! :)

They look great and I can't wait to install them.

Anyway ... I can not yet install them as I do not know what kind of headlight bulbs they use.
The bulbs are completely different from the 9005 and 9006 and I do not recognize what type they are.

Here is the old headlight where the bulb goes in:

And here is the new headlight:

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Cliff

those looks nice... anybody noticed that the leganza headlight is very similar to the lanos one?? maybe it is a future mod for lanos guys and end up with a headlight with a projector.

for the initial test... the leggy headlight got a curve at the bottom that reqires the lanos bumper to be modded - cut - to make room for the headlight, the upper part of the headlight goes way to the back that the lanos hood will sit over the headlight... other than that i can't see any problems.

The Leganza lights are quite a bit bigger. To make them fit a Lanos, you would have to open the body at least an inch in all directions.

OR ... the alternative is to try to modify the projection internals to fit a Lanos light.

I think as a project, I will take my damaged Leganza light apart, remove the projection internals, then take a broken Lanos light apart and see if I can modify the Leganza parts to fit.
