the 1.5 SOHC intake is too different than the 2.2 intake, you can't swap both intakes.

no Acing it is totaly different... the 1.5 SOHC got one intake valve per cyl. so the intake plumbing is smaller and circular where the tubes are oval on the 1.6 intake... logically the flange will be different.

also we have no VGIS so getting that to work on the 1.5 SOHC is going to be hard if it is doable at all. also their is a coolant passage on the 1.5 intake which will have no rout on the 1.6 intake.

the only common thing is the TB... only difference is the direction of the coolant pipes at the bottom where the 1.5 TB pipes point downwords while the 1.6 TB pipes points to the opposit direction of the air flow.

I thought we were just talking about the tubing from the intake manifold and a filter.

if you are talking about that then the stock air box is the same for the 1.5 and 1.6 lanoses... the rubber hose however is shorter on the 1.6.

for aftermarket intakes i guess you can use a longer pipe on the 1.5 as it got smaller intake, the civic pipe might work fine on a 1.5 without the need for cutting and all.
