Well...this is strange. The website (360dynamics) is uploaded to the new server...all the files are OK, but I keep getting this RedHat Linux warning screen instead of the site itself. It works fine if /Splash.htm is add at the end of the domain name. Any ideas???

So called user-error LOL. But the website doesnt work right...grrrrrr

Turns out, the ReHat requires the default file in the lowercase.. Now I know that
