you may have to remove the chrome film from the grill. I haven't done this yet but I will be doing it soon cuz it's starting to look like hell. Anyone else have any ideas?

one of the things i dindt like about the 'woos is the chrome grill, please paint your grills black or the chrome section as the same color of your car.

Hey, go to like Walmart, and get some Krylon Fusion. It's PERFECT. I did my chrome part black and did the grill itself red. It looks sweet. Make sure to wash it real good before you do it though. No smudges, fingerprints, dirt, or moisture. Enjoy

I actually think the chrome on th grill looks good. It's one of the things I liked about the cars.

I'm not a big fan of chrome but there's not too much bling on the lanos. I personally would keep it chrome except it's starting to get hazy. Time for paint.

Yeah, clean, then paint, no primer, no sanding. It actually cures into the material you paint, therefore NO CHIPPING!! I'll post some pics of mine tomorrow.

Well, I finally got the time to put a pic up. This is nothing compared to what all I've done to the interior  Image

Lets see, blue, white, red, black, yellow, maybe a few more, I'm not sure. After painting, give it about 2 hours before handling it, just to make sure you don't leave finger prints or anything. After a week or so, it cures into the material you spray it on. So it becomes chip free. :D I think you can take it off by sanding it, depending on the material. I wouldn't suggest putting it on just to take it off later. Too much work. What is it you plan on doing?
