yes that is a tensioner (sp)

no it is not, it is an iddler, there are two idlers and 1 tensioner. ( atleast on the 2.0)

i concur... the tensioner is a metal wheel with a built in spring, here is a pic of my tensioner out of a 1.5 SOHC:

and if you scrolled down the ebay page you will see pics of the full timing belt kit including the two idler pullys and the tensioner.
