It has been awhile since I have had to read German, but here is a general sense of what is being said. Someone who can speak and understand German can give you a better translation.
First Pic: Easy to determine from the way the words look. Front spoiler that includes the whole front bumper.
Second pic: Tuner hood with front scoops
Third pic: Tail spoiler with diffuser. No idea on the rest.
For the rest I believe that it is a brand name and describing the different cut outs.
I like front part of the kit but the back leaves a bit to be desired IMHO.
