Strut Bar and Brake Question
Will a front strut bar clear the ABS pump on an ABS equipped Lanos? I think if it would it would be cutting it close.
A pic of what I'm talking about.
Also, regarding brakes:
Pontiac Lemans vented brakes fit Lanoses, but what years?
Also, would you guys recommend slotted, drilled, or slotted and drilled rotors? I will be using EBC Greenstuff Brake Pads.

yeah but arnt lowering springs more stiff? It may end up being about the same as bottoming out goesBosnianLanos wrote:Just turn the strut mount until it lines up with the new holes? I guess I'll wait until I get my new strut mounts and shocks. I'd get new lowering springs but I bottom out on stock suspension . Hopefully new shocks raise it enough for new springs to be safe.

He's bottoming out because his old springs are tired and worn. Struts don't determine ride height, they determine the harshness of the ride.kinkyllama wrote:yeah but arnt lowering springs more stiff? My front bumper is only 4" off the ground and I haven't bottomed out yet
That's what kinky was trying to say, if he upgrades to new lowering springs, it might end up being better.daewooluvr wrote:He's bottoming out because his old springs are tired and worn.kinkyllama wrote:yeah but arnt lowering springs more stiff?
