I do not know if anyone else collects paper currency and coins from other countries, but I thought it might be a cool idea if anyone wanted to trade a set from their country.
For example, I would love to get a set of Australian coins:
1, 2, 5, 10, 20 & 50 cent denominations.
Honestly, I would love to have set of coins from any country to add to my collection.
I would happily send US coins in trade:
1, 5, 10, 25, 50 cent and the new gold plated 1 dollar coin.
I anyone wants to trade $1, $2 and possibly $5 paper US currency for something of another country, that would be great, too.
Does anyone else think this would be something worth trading?
This is not buying money or having someone else pay postage to send it, it is a mutual trade & the sender pays postage just as someting in exchange for the other person to do the same.
Anyone else interested?
Thanks!!
Cliff

Australia phased out the 1 and 2 cent coins a while back, but we still have the 5, 10, 20, 50 cent and $1, $2 coins.
