i have a crappy lanos hb 98' 1.3 ltr se.
i am going to upgrade to a 1.6 but for now wat can i do with the engine already installed? intake? if so wat will i need to do to the engine to stop it from dieing from the mods? lol hope the questions make sense and arent too stupid

start simple with a ram pod filter and/or an exhaust. Those two mods are probably the cheapest and will give you reasonable powergains. If you don't want to spend anything, try removing the silencer off the airfilter. I did that and the car is noticably faster and a bit louder. 0-100 times have gone from 11.6 to 10.7 too.
