Lanos rear bearing torque specs

Does anyone know what the rear bearings on a Lanos should be torqued to when installing? I changed out my bearings two years ago and they have gone bad already. I think I didn't torque them correctly last time so I want to get it right this time around.

tighten to 25nm then loosen 180degrees then tighten by 2nm
