Throttle bodies
Gday all wanting to know if anyone has modified R1 throttle bodies to a Lanos be4? If so can i get info on it? If not can it be done i have seen it on vids from the uk but want to know if can be done? Can anyone help?
Re: Throttle bodies
Look on migweb.
You need the r1 low pressure pump and then go to a standalone ignition system. On a redtop, they go to h+h ignition.
Everyone wants tb's it just gets put in the too hard basket.

Re: Throttle bodies
did you find the mig thread?
also http://extrudabody.com/TechInfo/what_you_need.html#4 less than $2000, that ain't too bad but if you think about it, you could probably turbo for that much (budget homebuilt) and get much bigger gains and probably get better fuel economy too
and http://autospeed.com/cms/title_Multi-Th ... ticle.html
and also if you're going ITBs, you might have vacuum issues (no brake booster)
I reckon a screamer pipe is comparable to ITBs as well lol
