HELP needed for a newbie

hi all, im a newbie so forgive me if i have posted this in the wrong place, i have just got my hands on a 98 leganza 2.0 cdx, and its a beaut, the problem i have is just a small one but your advice would be gratefully received, my n/s front dip beam bulb as blown, the fuse box and washer filler spout is in the way which just leaves a gap a five year old would have trouble getting his hand in...lol...so my question is how do you replace the bulb, do you remove the above things, fuse box/spout that are in the way, or remove the whole headlight unit, i did not want to just bash ahead until i have received some advice from the experts on here...many thanks to all.

On my Nubira I twist the washer filler spout 1/4 ccw to remove it. Maybe it's the same for you?

thanks my friend, you were right about the washer spout, bulb now changed and whats more it saved me a embarrassing trip to the local garage, once again cheers my friend.
