2002 Leganza car dide while driving please help!!!!

hello i own a 2002 Daewoo Leganza it was running fine until it died on me on a main st. i unplugged the cooling fan relay plug and turned on the car and it started again so i dropped my friend off and then started driving again and once again it died on me again...the battery of the car is practically new but i have a sound system do you think it could be the battery because its a fairly small battery but im only running a 700 watt amp and 2 12" subwoofers, my friends dad is a decent mechanic and he told me i needed a new cooling fan relay plug because he unplugged it turned on my car car and plugged it back in he said it was the plug?? the lights arent dim at all so i dont think its the battery, just the other day the car started up without a problem and i drove it down the street and back and drove fine ??? i dont want to drive it far because it might break down again could you please let me know and give me ideas on what the problem could be , it has plenty oil so i really dont know what could be wrong and if it is the relay plug where can i get one for a daewoo i cant find it anywhere...it also has 56,000 miles so it cant be nothing major....its a 5 speed by the way please help me out thanks...and could that cause the check engine light to be on because its on..

go to autozone and get a free check engine light test. find out what that says, and start there. 56k miles, if it hasnt been done already get a new timing belt, tensioner, idler and water pump on soon, or belt breakage is in the future for your woo.

yep great post get that mil checked out and post the code and take it from there. And if you care for that woo you'll get all the timing belt components listed above and completed ASAP status or risk severe engine damage.
