No Spark From Coil

Hi, i am new on this forum and really desperate for answer, i am in South Africa, no one seems to know what is going on, i have a Daewoo Ceilo 1.5 Twincam 16v, i bought the car about 6 months ago, put in a new engine and g/box, the other day, the car was really slugish, i was advised that i needed to replace fuel pump and filter, which i did last week friday, i started the car, but it refused to rev up, just idles, and then cust out, i continued to try and get it right, but on the 4th atemp, the COIL Pack exploded, so i replaced it the following morning, and the car stil does not want to start, i took out the computer box, and there seems to be no problem on it...the new coil is not producing a spark, but there is power going into the coil, 4 positive wires, so i need to know why and how can i get spark into the new coil, i have checked all the fuses and relays, no problem there...please help, really need this car on the roadagain ASAP

Maybe you have a problem with your ignition module like a shorted transistor flowing current all the time in the coil. It's a part of distributor. Is your new coil still hot?
