Another problem with the lanos

Man these cars a pos but anyways i need to get another thing fixed on this thing. Does anyone know the name of the plastic piece that the upper radiator hose goes in to and is connceted to what i believe is the the thermostat housing. Mine cracked and is leaking.

if its the thing circles in that pic then yeah its the thermostat, go to your local chevy dealer and getone for a chevy aveo 1.6. this car is not a pos, its just not a new car any more so things are going, the problems you are haveing are common ones, and are easy fixes

yea i probably shouldnt have said pos but why would that one look like it is made of metal and the one i had was plastic? also thank you for the quick reply

older models were fitted with metal, then cutting cost production they made them plastic, Ive changed it around 35k when it cracked...

i believe the aveo ones are metal also.

if it is a POS then it is not worth fixing... sell it to someone that appreciates it
