From what I understand, they weren't released in the US. However they are in the Lanos' in our neighbor, Canada.

hehe...the one I have in Canada I bought in Europe... I dont believe canadian models were sold with the tach dashboard, unless I am mistaken.

i wsa under the impression that the sx lanoses (the ones that got the 1.6) were equiped with a tach. i remember about 3 years ago i was gonna buy a lanos on ebay, it was a canadian car and it had a tach.

I believe you are correct. The sx also had the rear disk brakes.

from what ive seen no lanos had rear disks OEM, i may be wrong but ive never seen one.

I know this is old but is seams there are others interested.

A guy I know that's a little less than an hour away has a few of them available. If anyone's interested I can see if he's willing to sell them. He might also have some of those gauge cluster ring insert things

Yes I found the Lanos SX in Canada was equiped with tach and rear disk brakes.

I know I would be interested in a gauge cluster with a tach.
