HIS STEREO IS NOT STRESSING HIS CAR! like i said i had 1400+ watts rms in my woo, all was good. i say he needs to replace the battery and/or the alternator.v since his battery is older i would start with the battery.

why didnt u say what u did to ur car

ok so to recap: the problem is that whe you turn the volume up on your car stereo it gets loud and then drops off. is it all of the speakers and the sub, just the sub, or just the insides?

Ant, have you noticed that this post is just going round in circles...
The only thing that can be done is the original poster tries things.
As they havn't posted in a bit I can assume they probably are, they will probably come back in a couple of days and say "Problem was fixed by X solution".
There is just no point arguing things that have already been stated. Bad grounding, if you have been following this post, was mentioned on the first page!
Anyway this is Tarek's problem, it has nothing to do with DaewooMofo so why are you getting up at them for not posting information that wasn't even asked for???

i was busy for a while....tommorow is the big day

i'll install OPTIMA yellow top batt !!!

i made the grounding first and what improved is the car operations

then i upgraded the amp wire and it's 16mm "bigger than any other in the market and the sound improved twice

my only hope is tommorow's batt will it improve anything or prevent sound drop

today will be OPTIMA's day

what a day...realy expensive for LANOS but realy worth it

i replaced my old varta 62amp gell batt withe the geate beast "OPTIMA YELLOW TOP" the same model you all agreed n it




and this what happend....

like no other batt every single point of electrecity is improved startin'n from the alarm that i can now set form 300m or more
till my audio problems like sound drop ups and downs
head lights
horn
acceleration
ignition
no dimms at all even on max vol that i can't even stand next to my car when i's loud
hard "and i mean realy hard" bass

what i can say but thank 2 you all secialy to daewoomofo

by the way my alternator is very comfort with the altima more than any other batt and the sound system is performing
and i can recognize every singel "bom" & "tis"

im also getting the optima yellow top because i need the higher cranking amps to power my new 560ccs walbro 255 msd 6AL and alot of other electronics

i was turning on the AC and the car would just die i turned everything on and it said 11.5V then after running on idle for a bit with the music playing the car just would not start

trying to turn the car on the clock would just dim out totally

any battery other than Optima sux if u do more electrical draw
