Nubaroo Dyno graph @ 1.4bar - 264KW/477NM at the wheels!

Hi guys. Had my daewoo on the dyno 2day. Before it made 230KW/346NM @ 1.2bar, but fuelling was a bit short....First I upgraded to an external hiflow fuel pump, then we upped the fuel pressure to 3.7bar. We managed to get a VERY SAFE 1.4bar run with AFGAS(102 octane) - 264KW/477NM on the wheels. Sunday I will run the car @ 1.6bar at Dragwars - hopefully be able to run an 13 second 400M???? There are 2 x runs recorded on the graph - the lower one - 198KW/347NM was @ 0.8bar 95 octane pump fuel.

Thanks - hopefully I will run the car at our local airstrip this Sunday. Because it is an airstrip the traction is not that good, but I was running 14.2secs @195KW before. Now I have a little more power on tap, and I have acquired some TOYO R888 semi slicks as well - hopefully I will be running in the 13`s???

Will this be the first Nubira running 13`s????

Unfortunatly not,

Nubira 2.0 Turbo got the winner title in drag race of 13 seconds open class.

WOW 354hp and 352 lb ft !!!!! (for us North Americans lol) Thats some huge numbers! And still on F20 gearbox?!?! Almost can't believe it lol

Jumping from 195KW-264KW (261HP - 354HP) is huge! With a good set of tires and depending on the torque curve, shift points, etc...you may even crack 12s...I wouldn't at all be surprised!

Thanks man - I am running the 2.0l - on raceday I will crank the boost to 1.6bar which should see me on approx. 290KW on the wheels

hope the F18 gearbox hold up.

I am runniung an F18 Opel box - my tuner uses the same and he pushes out 500wheel horse power - he has broken a few, but if you use it correctly ( not boosting in 3rd gear under 4000rpm) it lasts a while

Congrats on the F28 fitted - maybe I will have to pick ur brains for info soon....
