How many watts are your HIDs?
Can you see the picture of the cutoff against the wall? Its a really sharp cutoff. The HIDs are standard 35W OEM bulb and ballast.
Yeah but pictures can lie...so is it comparable to OEM or identical to the factory FX35s whole factory setup?
My HID supplier sells HID projectors which include everything needed including a 55watt HID kit for $500 retail. That’s why I asked what watts HIDs you were using since I've noticed allot of people upgrade to the 55 watts when doing these conversions. I plan to do it to my lanos one day hopefully soon because halogens suck! Depending how easy it is and my dealer pricing I may do it to the fogs of the lacetti and lanos because the glare on my lacetti fog lights is just ridiculous.
How much were the FX35 projectors?
Yup its using the FX35 projector so its nearly identical, but I did the shield mod for more blue band lol
I could upgrade to 55W HIDs, but I don't think there is any need for it right now .
You strap the turbo back on? And yeah trying to get the engine away from the gearbox like that is tough. It's that damn spline on the gearbox side lol.

Good to see it's all back to normal m8.
Yup of course the turbo is back on You would have to pay me to go back to NA lmao
Lol i was thinking it looked a bit chaotic with all those wires and pipes toowe tidied most of the engine wires on mine into one loom, then split it near the battery for a lotta the sensors. Looks tidy.
Btw, your Optra is such a nice Blue. Only really noticing it now in those pics

Thanks man, those probably aren't the best exterior pics tho. Its an interesting colour, it sort of changes depending on the lighting conditions. Sometimes looks bright blue, then dark blue or even borderline purple/blue.
