I'm a murderer I kill my engine last week. We get a hard rain last Thursday and I take a short cut to get to work faster, the street had lot of water, I thought that was like 1 feet but apparently was 2 to 3 feet. The car turn off....
***Funny part (Now)***
Because the water start to enter to the car, I took my shoes and sox off, throw my cell phone to the side, also my wallet, get down of the car in the middle of the rain to push my nubira. 60 seconds later. I hear the bip of the alarm. All the door was closed... and the keys was inside of the car. So, no shoes, no wallet, no phone no keys, in the middle of the rain, with the doors close! I was about to take the car the next day to the body shop for painting.... Ironic dot you think.
***Back to damages***
I remove the water from the engine, change the oil, and put new spark plugs. The car dont start.
So what now....?

As long as you didn't try to start the car with the water in it, you should be OK. Make sure that you got all of the water out of the cylinders (with WD-40) and that none of the electrical connections in the car are flooded. Then check to make sure that there is no water in your transmission. Maybe change all of the transmission oil to be sure.
Does your car make any noise when it doesn't start? Check for a bad battery or alternator.
I've also driven my car into a large pool of water. It isn't fatal, my car runs to this day.

I agree with BosnianLanos,
I doubt if your engine is ruined.
Have you changed the oil filter as well as the oil ? How about the air filter? It may be wet?
Along with WD-40 down the spark-plug holes? Squirt some light weight motor oil (5 or 10w) or even ATF down each one to be sure the rings don't rust and break when you do get it started.
Your 'no start problem' may now be electrical.. check your fuses and check to see if ya got spark at the plugs..
Also, as you know "oil floats on water" so crack open your drain plug and let out a clear cup's worth of your new oil, let it sit quietly overnight and see what ya got.

Modern engines have have several fail-safes when it comes to the electrical system. All of the engine connectors have rubber gaskets to prevent water entry, and if there is a large short within the system, it'll blow the main fuse and spare the rest of the system.
ABSOLUTE WORST CASE SCENARIO is a new alternator, battery and a couple of fuses, but an entire system? How do you figure that?

get that brake cleaner out! pour engine oil in there. the brake cleaner will bry up any water and oil in there. if the cylinder walls rust to the rings you will destroy the rings when you crank it over. the brake cleaner is ok for a minute or two to dry out the cylinders but you need lubricant in there too.
Yes, I put some WD40 and leaved it for a wild before try to turn it on. But apparently I found the problem, Stupid me. The intake manifold have some water in it. I need to take it out, to remove the water, stupid stupid me. I think that will do the job.
Im almost happy. If that is the problem new rims this week.
