+1. When I got my lanos with the eibach springs I couldn't beleive how low it was. It's around the same as my lacetti and the lacettis coil-overs are slammed but it is on 235 tires. It looks great though...the lanos is a great looking car to slam.

Can you measure how far the front bumper is off the ground so I can compare it to the eibach springs that are supposed to only be 1.2"? Thanks
right now the car doesnt have a bumper or a engine in it and I still havent put the springs in yet but Im going to start the build wed. because I took a week off from work but I will keep you guys posted on the stuff I put in oh yeah I wont have the stock bumper on it when its done but I can put it on to see for you
i bought a custom made coilover set for my aveo. will be posting pics soon. my aveo sports lowering spring will be up for sale. they lowered the ride more than a vogland or eibach h n r. and r the stiffest among them. if it fit lanos i will let go at 150.

Nah it's not that important. What bumper are you going with?
So is anyone intrested in the Apex sport suspension kit? I'm probably going to go with that, no sooner than 2 months, and it's special-special order so I might do a group buy since it's a pain to get them.
xiaogary, what chassis are these pics from? looks more like a VW especilally the rears.
Kinky, those or the upper spring perches, those ones set the spring up hight than the OE plate which is about even.
I think you will be best of with the springs that came in the car. there are a lot more chassis eliments that need to be sorted out before you can drop the car as much as you want. if you want, give me a call and I will go over some ideas, techineques and solutions. one this go consider is that even with the run of the mill sport spring, you get about 1.5" of strut clearence before the front suspension bottoms out. I also want to talk to you about the class you plan to run, and other stuff.

Garrett
This maybe something I won't be doing for 6 months.
Also, I don't plan to run in any class yet. I'll probably just do time attack and race in whatever class I fall into just by modding the car how I'd like.
if there is no other option on getting the rear of my car lower and depending on how expencive the Apex (and if its adjustable low enough) i might be interested in a set.

I doubt it's adjustable at all but if we can find out how much the eibach springs really lower the car then we could find out if it would do what you want.
well ive been asking for like 6 months for some one to measure their stock lanos to see how low it is. if some one would do that (measure the front and rear with pics so we can see where you measred from) that would be awesome.
