timing belt change help!!!

hi guys, i'm new to this site but i saw one of your forums helping this guy out and it was great.... i've got a problem, i'm doing a timing belt and water pump change to my daewoo nubira and i cant seem to get the belt on. so my question is how do you set the tensioner?? in other words how can i get the timing belt on??
