Last night I changed out the inner CV boot on my 2000 Leganza. Well this morning when I turned on the car, there is a steady stream of fluid thats leaking. Does anybody have a clue of what went wrong?
Took the shaft out of the trany to change boot out. Shaft went right back in. And the car can drive back and forth, but of course i just tested it in the driveway.
Trany leaking oil!!!!!!

Recheck the shaft's in. My shaft went 'in', clicked in etc, then i poured 2 litres of tranny fluid in, fluid worth 40 quid, and it pished out from the part where the shaft goes into... Get an extension bar or something along those lines, and a lump hammer, take your wheel off, set the bar in where the grooves are on your shaft, and hit the bar a few times with a hammer, nothing too hard or serious, just some taps and it should slide in more. If not, chek your diff inspection plate seal, and your nut in the top of the tranny.
