If it's anything like pretty much every other standard radio, you type in the code only using numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4.
eg. 4 digit code, which is 9812.
For the 9, you hit your Button numbered '1' [On the radio] 9 times to make the number 9 in the first slot.
For the 8, you hit your button nymbered '2' [On the radio] 8 times to make the number 8 in the second slot.
etcetc
Get what I mean? Your numbers 1 to 4 are the 4 digit slots, hitting each one a number of times will give you numbers 0-9.

Hello Saz-Piro,
thanks for mentionning, but this radio has the 'CODE----' flashing and when you press the number 1, the number '1' appears in the first -, then nothing happens if you continue to press the number for a while, and if you release it and press again, then it is the second - that becomes a 1. So, nope, in my particular case, I really need a 4 digit number comprising number between 1 and 6 (1296 combinaison possible). Thanks for help.JM
