Falken azenis RT615s or Hankook Ventus Rs-2 are great competition tires that are very streetable. If you drive allot of street miles they aren't really worth it since you can burn through them so fast. If you don't do allot of street driving I highly recommend them. I ran them for a couple years on the street and loved themmr_g wrote:Of course... But these are street tires...

I was on MAHA dyno brake to have initial values before tuning business. It was a little below 200BHP (160WHP) and about 256Nm on 0.4bar. It didn't want to go to 0.6bar witch is stock value... I have found out later that first gear switch was wrong...
On MAHA Dyno brake
So this is the moment for our memories...
My goal is 1bar with 1.3bar overboost and SA VEMS with about 300BHP and 450Nm... So let the games begin...
I have bought new distribution, water pump, and inlet cam...
Fuel Pressure Regulator...
Automotive Racing Products screws...
Had some work to do... Changed distribution, inlet cam, water pump, ARP screws, etc...
Ordered a new InterCooler from US... Here is compare my new vs stock C20LET IC...
Catch of the week! It's a big fish!
Then I get impulsgeber (VSS) from DE, it's a "AD", 10 impulses per rotation.. Now it shows speed almost correctly, but I think it still shows a little less then the speed.. I will compare it to the GPS to be sure...
And then after a whole day of hard labor, the big fish IC is on the car... It's 29x6x5'' or 75x15x13cm, with 3'' (76mm) pipes...
Now I have to e-manage the engine and release the beast! Maybe I would get some 440cc injectors... And fix the hood, and the bumper (last winters crash )

You are putting C20XE engine inside lanos? All you need is engine mounth from kadet gsi 16V... Leave your stock gearbox... Ecerything fits on bolts...raitz87 wrote:i'm currently doing the swamp, i have done the shopping, but what i need more i dont know. kadet gsi 16v engine mount and what more? original halfshafts will fit? what about gearbox mounts?raitz87 wrote:have You got your spedometer working?
these are the main questions.
If you are putting C20LET (turbo engine), then it should be vise to put F28 gearbox, because stock gearbox mite crack... Then it is little more complex, but yet it is bolt on swap...
Wow that intercooler is so thick lol. Looks really good too. Keep it coming

I that case you have issues with clutch, rear engine mount, and speed shifter. Water cooler should remain stock from 1.6 16V version or from GSI16V and IC should be FMIC like mine... C20LET IC and water cooler are funny not decent enough for the job...raitz87 wrote:LET engine with f28 tranny
F28 tranny has to be converted to FWD...
You have to upgrade brakes with calibra turbo calipers and bigger discs...
