take off fuel filter feed line and direct it to a container
short the fuel pump relay connections found in the relay/fuse box in the engine bay right next to the battrey till you fill your container

If your fuel pump is internal, ie, under the rear seats.. Then your fuel filter will be under the car, if you go to the rear wheel and look under, they're usually tucked up at the side of the tan. Mine is on the driver side for example. You don't need to run your fuel pump flat out to drain the tank, you can let it drain itself by as, MMamdouh said, disconnecting that pipe. As it's one of the lowest points, it'll drain itself.
Running the fuel pump like that can damage it when it gets to a low level of petrol. I've killed 2 fuel pumps doing it.
