how does Low Impedance Injector Driver works? is it just extra resistance in line with the injector to increas overall resistance from 2.5 ohm to 12 ohm or is their more into it?

Ok..... so with injectors you usually have two types.... one is "high impedance" and the other is "low impedance"
If you have a vehicle that has an ECU that can only handle "high impedance" injectors and you install "low impedance" injectors it will fry the ECU.
conversly however it is possible to use high impedance injectors on an ECU designed for low impedance drivers.
This product is there for anyone who wants to drive low impedance injectors with an ECU that can only handle high impedance injectors.
It could be called a "standalone ignition driver"
The boards I made a while back are very similar to this except my boards invert the signal ( since Daewoo ECU's use a signal that is the exact opposite of most other car manufactureres for some reason)
I would say that this product is a bit on the "expensive" side of things, really there isn't much to one of these driver circuits..... it should be possible to sell them for around $75 with a nice tidy profit.
