Bringing up a thread from long ago, but, those projector headlights look really well. Can you go through what you done to make them?

Also, how does allignment work with them?


Not a big fan of lanos', but I really like yours.

Yes.

But, still I got hell under bonnet problem... Can't cool down the engine...

Make a radiator shroud? Are you still running the Lanos radiator?

Nice work, I can't wait to get my F28 too.

For your cooling issues, maybe try removing that weather strip at back of the hood, and if thats not enough maybe hood spacer? Also additional fans would help too.

There is also product called "water-wetter" by RedLine... it increases cooling efficiency of any cooling system. It may help. Also, perhaps try looking at places like migweb.co.uk - I remember reading that people dropping C20LETs into their Kadetts Mk2 (same chassis as Lanos), were using C20XE radiators (thicker core vs non-XE models). So perhaps all you need is a radiator from XE powered Astra Mk3?

I think the hood is the problem (and battery). When I pop the hood, blower stops in a minute...
