Opinions on banks

I just wanted to see if anyone here has any experience with BB&T or is considering them. IF so I reccomend they leave the bank immediately. They scammed me out of money by changing the order things post on my account so that my larger amounts posted first and then all the small ones. Guess who has to pay the overdraft fees? The first time they said it was there error and fixed it this time the representative basiclly insulted my intelligence by saying "I don't understand how you can not add up the numbers correctly" I replied I've added it ten times! You're WRONG! I did finally get her to admit it was wrong but she still will not remove the fees and said supervisor is supposed to call me but I'm gonna change banks either way.

I believe all banks are crooks but that's just my opinion.

I'm starting to agree. I'm gonna try the bank my parents use though. They've had accounts there for 19 years and never had a problem.
