Oh yeah; and as far as I remember Opel Gearbox doesn't have tha mount for hydraulic clutch pump ( i think I should call it like this in english :P )

So You'll have to work it out somehow
Forgot to reply to this :O
My nexia never came with a hydraulic clutch. It was always cable driven, from factory, so mounting the f20/other opel/vauxhall gearboxes is no problem. They're a direct replacement. Shafts are the same too. [Not for the f28 i think]
As far as the f16/d16 being better. I've been in both a 2.0 8v and a 2.0 16v Nexia with the Nexia f16 bolted on and it's not as good as the f20. My friend has a nexia with a 2.0 8v w/ f20 and is building a 2.0 16v w/f20 atm, and having been in both a 2.0 8v w/16 and, the same car with the f20, I can see the f20 is a lot better.
Anyway, I havent been at my car in ages now. Have been busy with helping other people with their cars and recently, the past month revising for exams in school. My last one is on Monday and that week I hope to go back up and assess the damage rust and rot has done to my sill while ive been gone.
Apart from that, in between revision etc, i've a few small updates on my wheels. Started stripping the paint and primer off them to bring them back to the metal for a refurb.
Tools used:

Nirtomorse. Paint scrapper, and some rubber gloves!
Place: My shed in my back garden

10pm+shed+electric heater+seat+mp3 player= good times.
I started stripping the first wheel back of the paint and primer:
Brought, for the most part, the paint right down to the metal using the nitromorse and now this wheels gone as far as it's going too with nitro morse, and the rest will be sanded down with sand paper, reducing the course-ness as the paint gets further down. Once brought back to the metal it'll be checked for imperfections/curbing and then filled and using a high build primer, sprayed and rubbed down until it's perfect. Then sprayed gunmetal grey... probably. Or black xD i can't choose.
The next day, I went out again in the morning before i started revising for my exams.
Here's the wheel i'm about to start and the one I had nitromorsed the night before.
This wheel wasnt too rough, just some imperfections and small chips in the paint.

Paint blistering slightly;
Next, the effects of nitromorse!
The cleanest section of the wheel, after nitromorse. This is the same part of the wheel that i took a picture off, 2 pictures up.
The blistering paint in the picture just up a bit, after nitromorse:

Looks gruesome huh?
I let the nitromorse eat it's way through the paint until I was ready to scrape it off.
Havent got pics of both wheels with the paint and primer scraped off for the most part yet. Will start rubbing them down in my free time during the next couple of weeks. I've got all the time in the world
