You didn't get banned so far as we are all mature guys and gals here and we believe in freedom of speech even if it is not favoring our beliefs in our cars... also it is fun to have you here, you will get banned if you offended members and called them names so don't call anyone an idiot anymore.

if you don't like daewoos than why did you buy one?

if you are a spoiled rich kid then why buy a Korean car?? i can see you can afford much more expen$ive toys so why are you complaining about a car that is made for economy not made for speed?

you are proud of your car... good for you, anyone with your budget can do the same on a mustang and buy the stuff you have off the shelf but on a daewoo you got to go custom and make your own parts and mod other parts to make it work... you might see that as a bad thing but actually that what makes every modded daewoo a unique car.

did you actually do the mods yourself or got a garage to do it for you and paid them a huge bill?? i recon you didn't as it seems that you are one of them guys with "clean hands" as well call them here.

we are proud of our cars as we work on them and spend money and effort - which is more valuable than money in our terms - and make something out of our cars... its not what you have, its what you can do out of it

OK i won't argue that a daewoo will be faster than your car unless a colossal amount of money was spent but still a moded daewoo is more unique... and let's not forget that your car is a US production and we all know it is good in a straight line only.

at the end if you are that wealthy and bought a daewoo thinking it is faster than anything else then it is your mistake, if you are not willing to mod it to make it a serious machine then it is your problem... starting a fight about that on a daewoo forum is not the answer to any of those problems, maybe selling the Woo to someone that respect it will be a good start and you can use the money to buy some nice stickers for your straight line machine or so.

he proved nothing. he found a car with a texas plate and mine doesnt have them on. he also found a pic that has a building that was built by the same contracting company thus they look the same. notice the angle is different and you can only see a small portion of the shop. and i don't see a pic of my car on that site... do you? no. thats because it isnt on there and it never was and never will unless i sell it to someone who lives in texas

Trust me when I say your not rich... not even close...... I won't tell you how much money I make a year, mostly because a number of people on this forum owe me money.

I own four V8 Chevs, one Mazdaspeed 3, three 88-91 Pontiac Lemans (Daewoo Nexia/ Opel Astra MK2 ) one Daewoo Lanos, a Mazda CX7 and an 87 Pontiac Subird GT Turbo.

As for your Mustang.... I think it would be a good race as we would be fairly close on power to weight ratio because I'm 1300lbs lighter than your Cobra.

Of course that is assuming I don't up the boost.... the engine has warranty for anything up to 600whp ( built by a very reputable shop that only builds race engines )

Sadly the transmissions I have are not capable of handling that much power (especially with my drag slicks) so I think it would be a fun race.

As for driving down, sure I'd do it, why not, sounds like fun.

All I need is an excuse.
