Now that you know your running rich ?
The next question is;
"How are you gonna (realistically) fix it before you spend all your hard earned cash at the gas pump ?"
Do you have a CEL on ? If so whats the code ?
You may have an 02 sensor gone bad or a stuck open injector.

+1 to all the above.
Also........
How many miles are on your injectors ? Are they original ? Have you tried an injector cleaner? (like Berrymans B12 or Seafoam)
When is the last time you changed your air filter? Has the car been sitting for a while ? (if so, rodents can store food and make nests in the airbox and/or in spaces that are prior to the actual filter.) Exhaust system clear ? Do you get a "rotten egg" smell from it ?

A comment regarding "pre-gapped" spark-plugs
Just a side note here....Dillon wrote:I bought pre gaped plugs so idk if it would be them.
Some carburetored motorcycle engines (Kawasaki 4 cylinder engines for instance) use the same spark plug that some car engines use.
You can't assume that because a plug is "pre-gapped" it is gapped to your engine's spec's.
Always check gaps in new plugs.
And you have been ask a lot of questions.
If you would answerer all of them people would be better able to evaluate your problem.
