99 Leganza SE failed to start one time today

From a cold start this morning, everything was normal. Drove for about 3 miles and turned the car off to run an errand. Came back, turned the key, had full power (A/C, radio, eveything worked), click, engine wouldn't turn over. Kept trying and trying with same results. Gave it a rest and waited about 15 minutes before trying again. Engine started but cranked slowly.

I had a new genuine Daewoo starter put in a year ago. I also replaced the ECU and crankshaft position sencor last year.

I ran down to Checker's la couple of monthes ago and put in a new battery for maintenance purposes.

Engine has 85K on it and this problem occurs at random. Sometimes I can go a few weeks witout a problem starting and then it just refuses to start unless I wait for a while after going back and forth with the key.

Any ideas?
