Hey Zerosilence,

If you haven't changed the fuel-filter in a long time it ? That may be the problem or part of it.
In very hot weather with temperatures in three digits, day after day, gas will "varnish" and a clogged filter could be getting worse just by sitting.

Fuel is one of the three things your combustion chamber needs to have.
The other two ? air and spark.
Without any one of em the other two can do nothing.

Try this easy test.....

Get you spark plug wrench out and the plastic cover off the head.
Be ready to pull out the spark plugs.
Now.. Crank your engine over a few times.

Now..quickly pull a spark plug.
If your engine is getting fuel ? The plug will be wet and you can smell gas on it.
This will tell you something, right ? ;)

Good to hear your back online !

You should be able to hear the fuel pump when you turn your key to "on".
It will run for about two seconds than stop.
If you don't hear it ?
Check the under-hood fuse box. Its the 15 amp fuse on the lower left side (facing the engine)
The exact location is also shown on the cover of the box.

These checks will tell you if the fuel-pump is getting power.
But...
It won't tell you if the pump is pumping properly, like around 40 psi .

You need a fuel pressure gauge for that.

keep us posted ?
