hi guys, yesterday i was changing my clutch for the second time in the same week cuz the first one was smaller (dont ask me how u didnt notice :? ) but i think there were for a Lanos 1.5L not Nubira 1.6L, they still so new but oh well....since i've changed them and started the car, and its never stand on a steady run its always like BRUM BRUM BRUM BRUM, i went to the guy who made the exhaust and headers for me cuz i thought it maybe something wrong butthere were nothing wrong, i changed the BMW injectors which i had into another BMW set and still the same problem exists (the injectors are for 1800C.C. but its not the problem cuz they were running perfectly before this happen)..i disconnected the hose which is connected to the MAP sensor and i noticed a change to the worse so its not the MAP sensor, any body have an idea what may be the reason for this shit????? :? :x

guys, i even cant start the AC cuz when i do that the RPM go to 200 or something and still there for a while before it hardly go back to IDLE :( , and when i am pressing on the clutch pedal to stop or shift it suddenly drop so fast and fight to stay running :smt100 :?

what other mods did you do when you did the clutch? if nothing else and the car ran well before the clutch job then it must be the clutch. sounds like something isn't bolted up right and its throwing the balance of the motor off. also sounds like the clutch is too thick and the presure plate is applying full presure all the time.

I have had issues similar to this before. first check and make sure that the master cylinder is full of dot3 brake fluid and check all your lines for air leaks. if that doesnt help check your slave cylinder

guys, the brake fliud is full, and this happens not only when pressing the clutch pedal, but also even if the car was not engaged with any gear (nutural), but i discovered something today, the EGR valve is always pressed!!!! i mean, when u start ur engine and try to reach the buttom of the valve u will find out that u can press on it to close the valve or something, when the car is running its always pressed or sucked even if i disconnected the vaccum hose) when i stop the engine it is back to normal position again, i changed the injectors again to the old Nubira injectors and the problem stayed for a while then disappeared!!!! :? :?
i think MMamdouh said he tried those injectors before on a Nubira and it was running good, i was running great too untill this problem happened (i remember that it happened before i change the clutch couple of times but disappeared after couple of minutes so i didnt pay any attention).
can somebody tell me what he thinks??? and also the vaccum hose which is connected to the EGR from the end of it, where is it connected from the other side??? could where its connected be the problem?? any ideas? :?: :!:

maybe your EGR is stuck open?

remove the EGR and make sure is is moving freely and not stuck or so... put it back and keep its vacuum hose disconnected and start the car and see.

i will do that this afternoon MM, but do u know where does the other side of the hose is connected?

to a phenumatic solenoid (spelling)... it is kinda electric valve that opens the vacuum path to the valve based on a signal form ECU... the other side of the solenoid is a hose going to the intake.

:cry: guess what....the EGR now working properly and the car stay not stable...i am going to suicide :cry:

MM, whats ur daewoo mechanic?? u said he was working in the agent before?? so he must have seen something like this before i think, and i also have NO IDEA about where is SAFT ELLABAN more than it has an exit from the ring road....give me ur number or something so i can call u

MM, thx very much, the problem have been already solved just yesterday, but i'm glade to have ur mobile number so we can talk sometime if i or u needed something sometime, anyway my mobile number is 0121819432, ohh and by the way the problem was that something have been sucked into the 1 and 4 pistons + there was 2 faulty hydraulic valve lash adjusters which made the valves always leaking compression.... i know i know, too weird problems happens to me... :D but i am glade she is fine now lol, thx again man and call me anytime if u wanted anything...
