if you pop orginaly off and put your aftermarket in fender its even better then yours.
1. temp will drop more
2. your air flow isnt limited by the filter... you custom will alone will take more then possible allowed on you trothle body... want more air change that 2 filters wont help as for the hole in throtle body ist still small

The more air the better!
The more air the better. I just changed my regular air filter to a high flow K & N filter off JC Whitney at a resonible price. Although I didn't modify anything I could tell a diffrence right away better gas milage and performance (more HP). The engine also seems to breathe easier. It's a must!

well i really do wonder if your true CAI beats my 5min job
i used a turbo intercooler hose and connected it to the trothle house and then to a filter residing in lower front fender.... so only real difrence is rubber vs aloy... so i really wonder as for a intercooler hoose is slick smooth inside .... and bends easy

that might be the only reason a CAI might beat your hosing. if it bends easy then the air may have restrictions at points. and depending on the size of the hosing also.

Sure ... as soon as I get the Leggy back from the AC being fixed ... which I have not yet dropped off. :Pdaewooluvr wrote:True, I just need a guinea pig to make one... OZ? u up for it?AcingTeam wrote:He's got a Leganza though.... it's a bit different.
Probably about 2 weeks & I'll have both the Woos, so I can drive one & work on the other.
Better gas milage is *my* desired result, but better HP can't hurt.
I think if I have a metal one made, I will have it painted black or the same red as the body to match the rest of the stock parts under the hood.

My Leganza is the same colour as asam's; maroon or dark red or ... what ever you want to all it.KnightWalace wrote:Oz i don't know the color of your leggy... but check out the gunmetal... it's supa sexy!
I'm not trying to make the engine look pretty, the Leganza is my travel & vacation car. I've had it a couple years now, and not even changed out the stock radio! It is 100% OEM stock, apart from the Puralator air filter, which is a stock replacement, and the Bosch platinum spark plugs I installed.
When I changed the plugs, I was surprized to find the factory orrigional plugs were Bosch Supers with 2 tips.
So, black will probbly be the colour of choice if I change the intake.

Well its like i said smooth slick and the no non needed bends... also the bend was in the tube originaly i didnt force it to bend so it is a smooth one...size of tube is same size the throthle body has over entire tube
Ok now I know what you will be thinking this is a big load of BULL but I bought it I mean hey $8
