if i replace the catalytic convertors and the full exhaust will i loose power and if the cat after the manifold if that is plugged will i loose power .

depends on what you are getting as a replacment... too big exhaust will make you lose low end torque.

if u are keeping the rest of the exhaust stock, then the best cat would be of course the less one who make a flow resistance, ask ur dealer which is making the flow easier to pass through and that would be the best cat. the best size for exhaust pipes for 1.5L engine is 1.75"
by the way, nothing will make u lose power if u changed the cat into another higher-flow cat, u will feel more performance, but what make u lose power is when u change ur manifold into very large headers more than needed and ur pipes, and in some cars, the rear muffler affect also when its free flow when the car is not running on turbo
