Tentions and Newtons

i am working on removing everything in my engine untill i remove the Head also to change the valves, so anybody knows anything about how much power to apply when im re tighting the bolts again in newtons???? i would be glade for a full info about every bolt and its newtons, thank u guys..

Anybody can help?? maybe if somebody got a manula for the 1.6L engine which descripes the Newtons of tighting??

There you sould find all torque values for all those nuts&bolts.
