Doesn't 24mpg sound kind of low for gentle driving? When I try and drive my 1.6l to conserve gas I get about 33-36 mpg, when I race to work or get stuck in traffic I still get about 27-29 mpg. 24mpg while trying to conserve would make me very unhappy and out a lot more gas money.

so i started to check some stuff and the first thing i check is the oxygen sensor bank 1, It didn't have a ground, so we made a simulatated ground with a wire and the senosor was working fine, so we decided to fix it, the casing was not connected to the bolt that goes into the manifold for some reason, so since i had another oxygen sensor off of a spare manifold, so we decide to spot weld the bolt to the casing, just tapped it. Then we checked the O2 sensor and it worked. How do you test the map sensor???? Because it is a little bit better power wise but so far from a full tank, I drove 100kms And i burned about a tiny less then 1/4, So once i burn a full tank i will post how much, i am still scared to put the bosch injectors until i burn a tank of gas, i am driving really easy!
