Front End Pops When I Stop or Accelerate Hard.

Just like it says. I have a 2000 Daewoo Nubira 4 door and if you hit the brakes or accelerate hard you will hear a POP. I took it to a few shops and they said everything looks great but something is wrong. I checked all motor mounts and they are all great. I don't know what to check. She has 95k miles on her.

control arm bushings are dead.

So I need to replace the whole control arm or just the two bushings?

you can replace the bushings only but you will ned a press to do this job... control arm replacment will cost more but will save lots of time.

UPDATE: I replaced both lower arms and problem fixed. Not hard at all to do either and I got to try out my new ball joint seperator in my air hammer. As soon and you pull the trigger it pops em off like they are nothing. To hell with using a hammer ever again!
