It's on the passenger side.Nothing is connected to it,and it can be spun by hand. I thought something was meant to be connected to this. Couldn't find any diagrams anywhere,so someone here must know.

Yeah that probably it. Do you have "AutoZone" in L.V. ?
Mine here had them in stock for about that price. No shipping and waiting on the mail.
Make sure your pulley turns smoothly before you install it.
And adjust it tight (just a very slight slack) as it will stretch a little after a few miles. Check it after it breaks in. It may make a little noise and you might get a faint smell of burnt rubber for the first 50~75 miles. Thats ok tho its just wearing in on the edges as AutoZones is not OEM.
Its just as strong tho.
