New wheels

Post by TheGreatAndPowerfulOz »

I think I have decided on these in 15" for my '02 Lanos HB:

To keep the speedometer reading correctly, I will need to get 195/50/15 tires. Tirerack.com has a good price on that size, too. :)
I'm staying with 15" wheels so that replacement tires aren't going to break the bank every time I need new tires, as can happen with some 16" & 17" tires.

well tbh 16" tires aint that expensive anymore (well over in EU atleast) my tires in bridgestone RE720 (love those tires btw) cost about 80euro (205/45R16) and my speedometer is correct

Tirerack.com has a nice set of Kumho 195/50/15s for about 30 Euros each ($38US ), which is not bad at all.
They have a good performance, wet & dry traction and tread wear rating, too.

So for the price of the 16s you mentioned, I can have two of these 15s. :)
