coolant/oil cap/master cylinder interchangeability

Post by kinkyllama »

I wanna get blue aluminum caps…is there any that will fit? A website I was browsing has them has sets listed for makes and says it fits all models. Think GM would fit?

The OEM coolant cap on the Lanos (for sure, don't know about other models?) has a built in vacuum valve in the inner side of it.

daewoo coolant caps has vacuum and pressure valves so that makes them two valves, if you use valvless cap you could either blow your hoses due to excessive pressure or you can bend or crush your radiator due to pressure loss in the system.
