Cat back exhaust. The main restriction there is the rear muffler - so atleast replace that with a straight thru one and you'll feel good gains thru the mid range.

header and a port match would ad well over 15bhp and 15+ftp.
also run 1/4qt- 1/2qt low on oil will give you a few bhp.
you could also make you engine more effeciant by runnig Royal Purple synthetic oil to free up a couple hp.

not very good for the engine but definately a good ideal to obtain some extra HP for free :)

strip the interior, clean out the trunk, and get a catback exhaust.

i removed my A/C compressor for maintenance yesterday and the car feels alot better... i don't think it is due to weight reduction and i don't know how can an idle pully on a non engaged A/C clutch rob that much power but anyways it works... if you can do it remove the A/C compressor and serpantine.

you can even start by removing the A/C belt and if it makes a difference as i discribed then it is the drag of the pully that robs the power.

Yes, if you remove the AC compressor or cut the belt you get a little more acceleration. The engine doesn't loose the power to rotate the AC anymore.

A header is not going to give you 15+ HP.. Maybe a Header and some head porting
