Maybe you have a collapsed hydrolic valve lifter? or a stuck one? That can cause a lot of noise.

Do you keep up on oil and filter changes ?

If so,I hope it is the singular, not the plural !! No way to tell til its opened up i suppose. Even then they'll probably tell me its more than one even if it isnt. I don't trust mechanics.

Is it best to replace all of them at the same time,or just the bent one(s) ? Also, what else needs to be changed at the same time? Anything?

If the sound you are hearing turns out to be lifters for sure ? The lifters can be replaced.
Not a hard job on a overhead cam engine. Basicaly all you do is remove the cam/s and drop new lifters in. Do you have a factory service manual ?

Nope, didn't get anything with the car.
I will get some more video clips,I noticed that the sound kind of changed between those 2 clips i already linked to,but it wasnt the car changing the sound,it was the recording, the car actually sounded the same. I'll see if i can make some better ones.

If I had a soundcard that worked right on this computer I could help

Any chance you can host that at like putfile or something in a mpeg or wmv format?

I think it may have been the way i was holding the camera,i may have kept covering the mic pick-up or something,I noticed the sound kept changing.Anyway, here they are again, and i will stil ltry to get better ones.

Also, car is slower than it was, maybe by 30% at a rough guess,it's all noise and no action.

That sealed the deal....

You have a valvetrain issue... it's time to open the head... if none of the lifters look messed up, then it's time to pull the head and see about a damaged valve surface. It's clear based on lack of power that you are loosing fuel out one of the valves or the cylinder isn't firing right... but it's not misfiring.

Also, look in the FAQ or maybe How-To section for a link to the service manual ;)
