146.6whp and 134lb.ft

Post by Efratech »

just wanted to share with you guys my dyno results from my long waited mapping session.

did a few dyno runs, we started with 140whp and 132lbft. but the power band was cheesy, had timing holes, running very rich from 3500 to the limiter (AFR around 11.1~10.4)

in the end gained over 8 whp/10 lbft on some points of the curve. the curve now raises sooner and the hp doest drop.

on the first run at 7000 the car had 128whp/98lb.ft now has 140whp/113lb.ft.

the car now pulls way better on high revs and top end is ridiculus now. the limiter is now set at 7250 was on 7100 before.

the dyno operator was a bit dummy and didint put my name on the runs.

ive videos but dont have them at home.

Wow. Very impresive!!!!

I also have C20XE, it's bad, it's mean. I did some generic remaping, but 150HP on wheel?! This is crazy man!

You did this only on intake and ECU? This is great resault...

I just wonder, what about power below 4krpm? Is it drivable on the city?

Yes that is a very nice result for NA, but why does your power on the graphs start at 4k?? Your graphs would show that the motor has 0 hp below 4 k?

Those are some very decent numbers.... glad to hear that you got the engine tuned and it's running good.

Is your Lemans an automatic or 5spd???

So considering your use of Honda engine management in this motor.... does that make your car a Hondwoo ?? :)

did it a while ago, only did 3 runs, 15.2, 2.45 60ft

have to try it now thats now tuned.

about the graph starting about 4k, dont know to be honest, i did full throttle on 3rd gear at about 3000+ and i bet it started recording after that. it still needs some minor live mapping on the streets but our main concern was the 3000+ WOT tunning because the car is doing good on normal use.

existence/mister g: yes its very driveable at low revs, im usually like that all the time, have to save fuel

Approx how much less hp do you think you were making?

Also what wheels/tires were you running? any suspension or other mods to help tration?
